Learning Experience Designer & AI Literacy Researcher

I design and develop how kids learn in today's age of AI

I’ve spent the last five years designing STEAM learning experiences that help young people build, code, experiment, and think for themselves. My work has included STEM curricula and robotics kits used in 30+ Canadian schools, and most recently an MEd in Creative Education at the Royal College of Art, where I researched how AI can support deeper learning instead of shortcuts.

What Happens When AI Takes Over Student Thinking?

VISION

Make learning tangible.

Story-driven STEAM kits that put tactile tools and creative coding directly in kids’ hands.

MISSION

Design for agency.

Accessible, research-informed experiences where design, technology, and education actually talk to each other.

APPROACH

Build, test, learn.

Use real classrooms, real learners, and iterative design rather than technology for technology’s sake.

Research

Can the 4 P’s (Projects, Passion, Peers and Play) keep kids in charge of AI?

My MEd research followed students investigating a 1930s airship crash with AI tools. The result became a prototype that can ask questions, but never answer them, structured around Mitchel Resnick’s 4 P’s of creative learning.
